At First Class Jewelry, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.  

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.  

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.  

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.  

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.  

Any items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.  

Restocking Fee

All returns for non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
